jeninblue69 Posted February 20, 2007 Report Share Posted February 20, 2007 the best colorist and stylist in dc by far are phuong and amy at klinger advanced aesthetics in chevy chase. they have been doing my hair for about 8 years now and i would never trust anyone else. you can read their bios at www.hairdc.com. they moved from vidal sassoon in tysons to this new salon and a bunch of other ex-vidal sassoon employees work there too.
