Job Description

Responsible for overall management of an environmental technology evaluation contract and business development. Responsible for client development, program management and staff supervision. Manages multiple Task Orders in the areas of technology test and evaluation; environmental management system; pollution prevention; waste minimization; regulatory compliance; waste management; and site investigation and remediation. Ensures contract compliance with terms and conditions, including cost and schedule requirements.

 

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or other science/engineering majors preferred. MS is a plus. 5+ years experience with federal contract management. Program management experience of a $2-$5 million contract, plus demonstrated supervisory skills. Experience in research and development, marketing and business development is a plus. Must demonstrate the ability/knowledge to provide a high level of independence exhibiting leadership and fostering teamwork. Strong interpersonal skills and accomplished written and oral communication skills are required. Proven customer relationship building and retaining. Also, proven ability to grow contracts through customer service is a must.
