Aviation Design Engineer

Be a player in the team of professionals to deliver engineering solutions for airside and landside aviation projects at General Aviation, Air Carrier and Military airports and related facilities. You will provide engineering design support of the aviation practice throughout the Northeast region and potentially throughout the United States.


BS in Civil Engineering required, 2+ years of aviation engineering experience with familiarity of FAA design criteria and military base design specifications. Proficiency with Microstation/AutoCad and GEOPAK and/or other Land Development Software required. Construction inspection experience and public speaking experience are a plus. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and must have demonstrated success maintaining strong client relationships. Work history designing or planning airport projects and experience preferred as well. EIT required with the intent to pursue PE.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:BS in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience. Aviation design engineering, EIT, knowledge of FAA design criteria and/or military base design, experience with Microstation, GEOPAK or AutoCAD.
