Psycho Posted October 14, 2006 Report Share Posted October 14, 2006 Failed DC Ward 3 city council candidate Bill Rice, a former employee of the District Department of Transportation has of recent been running around boasting how after his failed effort to get elected, he was awarded a "Contract" from the District Department of Transportation that is sweet as pie, but did not say what kind of contract it was, how much is involved or what he will do. Is this just another dirty deal officials of the Government of the District of Columbia are engaging in unknown by the taxpayers and bypassing the bidding process?
