  1. Take over the remainder of my lease with the option to renew in May! Apartment available January 1st! One-bedroom apartment available at the prestigious Avalon at Grosvenor Station apartment community located in North Bethesda. The apartment is literally a 5-minute walk from the metro (the complex sits on the metro station) and is convenient to the NIH, White Flint and Montgomery Malls, TONS of restaurants/retail stores, Downtown Bethesda and a short commute to downtown DC. This beautiful 832-sqf apartment is nearly 2 years old and comes well-equipped with brand new white Whirlpool appliances (gas range, frig, dishwasher), full-size side-by-side washer/dryer, crown molding, oversized bathroom, HUGE walk-in closet, balcony overlooking the pool, interior entryway with direct access to the garage (the best parking situation in this area), front desk that accepts packages, plenty of visitor parking, access to hi-tech gym, pool, business center and clubhouse...I could go on for days about the ammenities and conveniences. $1,400/mo rent includes 1 parking space in controlled-access garage and community access. All other utilities paid by you (the utilities are really reasonable because of the construction of the building and the insulation). Pets allowed (with a security deposit).
