This is interesting but inaccurate. There are several new university studies that show that drinking diet sodas are bad for your health. These studies found that people who drink diet sodas not only increase their insulin response, just as sodas with sugar do, but also de-mineralize their bones, leading to osteoporosis.
I appreciate this list. Most of the time I try to just put my feet up. I tried the tip about eating bananas and it seems to help, although it took a few days.
