The Business Development and Planning (BD&P) Manager will develop and lead strategic and tactical business development activities to grow market share in a full suite of transportation solutions in the Northeast Transportation (NET) Region. The BD&P Manager is responsible for the organization and leadership of the regional business development (BD), sales and marketing team, developing regional BD talent (attracting, retaining, training and developing) to ensure an effective allocation of resources while achieving business plan goals.
