Basement apartment (almost ground level) of semi-detached row house. Fabulous 1 bedroom just a few minutes from Capitol Hill. 15 minute walk to Red Line. Lots of light with 7 full-size windows. Newly renovated, exposed brick, and beautiful private back yard, including secure off-street parking.

$750 plus 1/3 electric. Gas and water included. No smoking, no pets.

Come view and submit application on Saturday, June 25th from 9am-Noon...open house. Will rent to someone ready for lease on July 1st.

Address is 1250 Florida Avenue, NE. Best parking for attending open house is on 12th or 13th off of Florida.
