I cannot use valet parking. I need a comprehensive list of those Washington, DC parking garages and surface parking areas (like the one on South Capitol Street near the House Office Buildings) which allow SELF-PARKING. That is, park and lock, no valet situation. Can anyone help?

ANY IDEA IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PARKING AREAS OR GARAGES ARE SELF-PARK, AND NOT VALET? I CANNOT USE VALET PARKING BECAUSE OF MY UNIQUE SITUATION.

There are only two spots listed in the entire Washington DC metro area. You must have been looking at Toronto. How is that going to help anyone?
