Georgetown Student: Studio apartment rental $850/month

IT'S BEEN RENTED. AVAILABLE AGAIN IN AUGUST. Foxhall, Georgetown[/b]; five-minute walking distance from GTU; 44th St. and Volta Pl. NW.

Not a basement: 1st floor; natural light; access to garden. Own entrance.

Furnished: bed, couch, chairs, desk, bookcase, lights, A/C, washer/dryer. Separate dining area with table and chairs, fridge and microwave but no other cooking facilities.

Utilities included.

Garage for $150/month. (Usual price $300.) Save on DC fees and parking

You do not need a bicycle, car, or public transportation. Save on transportation costs. A supermarket, convenient shops, a coffee shop, liquor store, and restaurants are close by. It also is within walking distance from the commercial center of Georgetown, where all the restaurants, clubs, movie houses, and shops are. The area is one of the prettiest (Tudor houses and gardens) and very safe.

I am very interested in the studio. I am a JD/MA student graduating this year. I am currently in Egypt, but will be returning on August 2nd and would be willing to move in by early to mid-August. Can you tell me the square footage and if the flat is still available?
