This is the place in Washington for that perfect moment. One of the more popular spots to propose in DC is the river view at
Hains Point. Weather permiting, why not explore "The Awakening" statue in East Side Park for a
unique Valentine's Day date this year?
Hains Point is in the
East Side Park located south of the Jefferson Memorial and the 14th Street Bridge between the Potomac River and the Washington Channel that connects to the Tidal Basin.
I have heard this incredible depiction of a 40-foot man awakening out from the Earth has been SOLD! Don't miss seeing one of Washington's artistic treasures.
And if you have heard otherwise please reply with more information.
Love is in the air.
