Candidate should be a versatile engineer that wants to work on a variety of different projects and has the ability to learn new skills quickly under the guidance of others. Candidate should be able to interact with teams spread over multiple offices. A strong emphasis on health and safety is required with some experience with behavior-based health & safety programs as a plus. Good communication skills are required to communicate effectively with contractors, project team, project manager, and other stakeholders. Candidates should possess the attributes to become a strong consultant (team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self starter that takes initiative and has a service mentality).
