In today's materialistic life, mind is always in a restless position. This stress and
depression has a very bad effect on the body as well as on the mind of the person. A
depressed person suffers from muscle aches, clenched jaws, tooth grinding, stomach upset
etc. Such person displays irritability, dissatisfaction and inability to concentrate.
