  1. It really is astounding how such a young player can be making so much loot!! Ovechkin is the man right now in Hockey. Even during the Pittsburg earlier in the week he made one of the game winning shots at the end of the game, and he was 0-2 in tie breaker shots until then.. He is really showing us what he is paid for. The CAPS are alive!
  2. After all of the hell our team went through this year what can we that loyal fans say? Sean Taylors death and bad call making, the injuries you name it.. I could go on and on. I am actually happy that the Giants made it to the Superbowl (since it's not the Skins...) The important thing now is that Dallas didn't make it.. T.O. is a crybaby and Romo is a "wiencer" I would still like to see the Patriots win. Reason being is that they have a perfect year to screw it up now. Brady is the "MAN". I love that guy! He makes it happen!! We have time to heal now that our season is over. Mentally, and physicaly. The media is keeping us alive anyway so the publicity of it all is insane. I love my Skins. Ya know we did redeam ourselves in the end there. HAIL TO THE REDSKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will see you next year. But for now.. Go PATRIOTS!!!! Well they are both the colors of Red, White & Blue. To make another good point about this Superbowl. It is all Red, White & Blue. That is patriotic!

A great player to say the least! He will be missed but not forgoten!
  4. I have been on a low dose of pain meds so if I stoped taking them I don't think I would go through too many withdraw simptoms. Thank god for that. I always have hope that I will not be in pain some day! Surgery is definetley not the answer for me. There are other kinds of alternative pain managment like acupucture and massage therapy but, those cost an arm and a leg. I am 36 so I have a normal everyday scedule that I am on.. I don't need a major change as far as that goes right now. Thanks for your feedback!
  5. I live for stuff like this. I will share this with everyone on my mailing list. Anything to make me laugh. I kinda wanna go to that Safeway in Georgetown. Hey it's really close to the city so there are always alot of weirdo's around there. We can all be weird at times.
  6. Since the summer of 1993 I have been diagnosed with a condition known as Endometriosis. It is quite painful. I have had many surgeries and spent lots of money. Not having insurance for a few of the surgeries really put a hurting on my bank account. I have probablly put out 20 to 30g's since then (1993) I was 23 years old then. I would have rather got a boob job or buy a house when I was able to.. And what the doctors promised would help has not helped at all. Before I had my first surgery the doctors thought I was faking it and when they operated they were surprised to see I was not. I can't even begin to tell you how anoying it is to have pain everyday and not a whole lot of relief from my meds.. I thought someone might know what I can do. .I should know something after all of these years but I all the advice is the same. Get Surgery! Never again.. I guess I have to live with this forever. Bummer! Here is some facts about Endometriosis The term endometriosis refers to a benign and common disease in which cells like the ones that line the inside of the womb are established outside the womb e.g. on the ligament supporting the uterus. in the ovaries, tubes, pelvis, bowels, bladder, etc. In patients with endometriosis, these cells, like the endometrium, respond to the monthly hormonal changes. When the woman with endometriosis menstruates, the endometrium is shed in the form of a period, the endometriosis breaks down in the same way but because these cells are trapped inside, and cannot escape, they form swellings filled with dark blood (known as chocolate cysts) and induces chronic inflammatory reaction and adhesions which may damage the tubes. Endometriosis tends to occur in women who are in their 30s and early 40s, but occasionally occurs in those under 30 years of age. Some patients with endometriosis may have no symptoms; some may experience considerable pain during their periods or during intercourse and their periods tend to be heavy. On vaginal examination their may be tenderness and thickening of the supporting ligaments of the uterus in women with endometriosis. Ovarian cysts may also be felt by the doctor. The majority of women with endometriosis are fertile. However, some women may experience difficulty becoming pregnant.
  7. I still can't get over the fact that Sean Taylor is gone. Talk about total bummer. I suppose I think about what would have happend if he was there to play for the rest of the season. I am greatful we made it as far as we did. All of those guys involved deserve the worst. It's easy for me to say. Not only does Sean Taylors family have to deal with a loss, but the guys who did it.... There familys will be losing their sons as well. If you have no intention of shooting someone then don't bring a gun. It really takes a coward to pull the trigger. Those kids had no common scence. And worst of all there lives are over. The good thing is that the rest of the Redskin players and organization is strong and this tragedy made us stronger. Hail to the Redskins!!! Good Luck next season!
  8. Spring will be here before you know it and I would love to tell you about a place called Brookside Gardens/ Wheaton Regional Park in Wheaton, Maryland. Wheaton is located right outside of DC in Montgomery County. There is something there for eveyone. For the kids there are all kinds of activities like a train ride (starting in May). It takes you on a small journey through the park to show you wildlife and the beautiful landscape. There is also a Carosel and lots of Jungle Gym's, swings and slides. It will keep the kids busy all day, and they will have a blast.. The park is used often for family reunions, birthdays, company picnics, and any special events that you have planned. That is if you want to spend it in nature. And if you are thirsty or need to cool down there are vending machines with drinks and Ice Cream which is great on a hot day. If you wanted to bring your own food to cook the park also provides grills and pinic tables. Most all of the picinic areas are shaded by trees but there are covered sheltered areas too. Even for adults there is fishing and lots of trails to venture on for that exersise that we all need. Connected to Wheaton Regional Park is the always amazing and tranquil Brookside Gardens. It's a whole nother world. You will be glad that you came here. Flowers as far as you can see of all kinds, with fountains, arbors, ponds with huge Coi fish, and rolling hills of beauty. Besides being outside, there is also a Conservatory that offers tours for those who want some history on the park and any conservation issues that they might inqure about. Inside that Greenhouse there is butterflies that roam free to add to the tranqulity as well. If you want a memeory of Brookside Gardens you can stop at the gift shop for jewlery, stuffed animals and trinkets of all kinds. The Visitors Center will have any information on upcomming events that you won't want to miss. Brookside Gardens is truly fun filled, floral, and wildlife paridise. Hope to see you there this spring or anytime you want to get away and relax. Check out there website for more information. http://www.mc-mncppc.org/parks/brookside/

    Redskins Outlook

That is just one of the choices so I am not to worried about it we have time.. I would rather not have a NY coach coming to our team. We have plenty of time to find a canidate.

  11. I am a huge animal lover and think that you should totally be prosicuted for harming any Grey Wolves or any indangered species. They are part of our ecosystem and we need them. I am out in nature all the time and see how our rivers and streams are being poluted and trash being left around. What the heck are people thinking. There are more problems with people not taking responsibility for there selves and actions and I have had it. I always make an effort to do my part and clean up any trash I see when I am fishing, or hiking and do my part to make this world, The C&O Canal and the Potomac River a better, cleaner place to visit. The Potomac River is a wonderful place and I want to keep it that way.. I hope that the Grey Wolves can survive and thrive in the future.
  12. Good Luck with the new business... I will drop in and have a cup..
  13. Nothing better to do I guess but really funny... Keep those videos coming...
