the best colorist and stylist in dc by far are phuong and amy at klinger advanced aesthetics in chevy chase. they have been doing my hair for about 8 years now and i would never trust anyone else. you can read their bios at www.hairdc.com. they moved from vidal sassoon in tysons to this new salon and a bunch of other ex-vidal sassoon employees work there too.
