Hey All.


I have seen various threads in this forum. Well everybody is suffering from one or other disease. Well, do you believe that our lifestyle has changed our daily routines and make our body prone to diseases. Does taking out time from this hectic schedule to do workout and the other leisure activities will help us curb most of the diseases? What do you think?

I guess a change in lifestyle will definitely help us curb most of the diseases, we should start by exercising and eating the right food.
