It includes recommendations for maintaining a mixed-income neighborhood and guiding residential and retail development around the Convention Center. Please request a black and white 11x17 copy of the document by emailing or calling Johnny Milligan, Staff Assistant at the DC Office of Planning. Mr. Milligan may be reached at johnny.milligan@dc.gov or (202) 442-5077. Color copies of the final draft are only available from this website announcement.
