We all have different body structure and metabolism, hence sometimes only exercise does not work. In order to lose weight only exercise in not enough, you need something extra like diet supplement or weight loss supplements. My friend has lost 50lbs using candlenut diet. It maintains the leptin level in our body and help us to lose weight at a faster rate.
