I have been overweight for sometimes now and looking for a simple solution to lose weight. What are the changes that i need to do in my lifestyle for a healthy weight loss ??

Do regular exercise and take balance diet. If you will adopt these two things in your daily life then you can easily reduce your weight.

We all have different body structure and metabolism, hence sometimes only exercise does not work. In order to lose weight only exercise in not enough, you need something extra like diet supplement or weight loss supplements. My friend has lost 50lbs using candlenut diet. It maintains the leptin level in our body and help us to lose weight at a faster rate.

Replace 2 meals with oats and lean meat. This worked well for me.
