Jacob Tucker from Division 3 Illinois College is one of the best basketball dunkers on the planet. Since he played D3 ball he wasn't eligible to compete in the 2011 NCAA dunk contest so he made this video in an attempt to be let in. It worked and guess what, the kid won.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention he is only 5'11" with a 50 inch vertical and he is WHITE!

Unbelievable. Some guys are just naturally gifted. It still takes a lot of calistenics and weights to get a vertical like this. The key is low body fat and fast twitch muscles and a lot of practice.
