Verizon consistently disregards their customers and then states they are the best.
The latest in my never ending experiences with Verizon is that I was sick, paid my phone bill 6 business days late and got a robo call reminiding me to pay the bill.
They never call when my service goes out because they are having difficulty. They never give me an automatic credit for the time I can't use my computer or watch TV because they are haveing difficulty. But man they are right there for their payment.
Of course they are entitled to get paid and on time. But sometimes the payment will be just a little late. Like 6 days.
