Register by October 12th to be considered. 20 finalist bands/ artists will be selected to move on to the Voting Phase where it is up to the fans to vote for their favorite.

You must upload at least 2 mp3s, a video, and 10-20 pictures and opt in to the contest from your profile page. Artist(s) must be unsigned, 21+, have a valid passport and available to travel on November 30, 2010 to December 3, 2010.
