Posted November 7, 2009 Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 You can blame the recession all you want but I guarantee Bethesda retail sales are down in part because of the parking monsters. In the last two weeks I've racked up $100 worth of tickets for a 30 second lateness in getting to a meter and misreading a sign. I won't be shopping in Bethesda again thank you. And good luck to the merchants with their overpriced food and wares. If you want me to shop in Bethesda don't add another $50.00 to my day by supporting the parking Nazis.
