For some reason every few months I seem to have a paralyzation dream. It is very scary. I wake up and my hands are curled and I cannnot move. I see my room but I cannot move or speak. It is so scary. I just want it to stop. My mom said it is from eating to late. I do not know, but I am afraid to go to sleep now.

Oh! Well I every now and then have dreams of walking, and that REALLY makes me feel uncomfortable.

But if you have one that's re-occurring over the years, or months? When you realize that you are having the same nightmare? Just go with it and see where it will lead you.

I did that with several nightmares that I use to have, over, and over again "They stopped".
